Keep both handover contacts available
Overseas transport involves a pickup contact and a Singapore receiving contact. Confirm who can release the motorcycle in Malaysia and who can receive it at the intended destination. Make sure both contacts can be reached during the proposed arrangement.
If a workshop or another provider controls either handover, ask for its current instructions before transport is confirmed.
